Greensock GSAP animation

I am looking to take an existing SVG drawing and using Greensock js toolset create a basic animation of the drawing. For example a cartoon face, with one eye drawn in several positions would create a blinking eye. Attached is an example of the SVG frames that would be animated. These 4 SVG files will be provided to you. Your deliverable will be js code that does the blinking animation. This is a very simple exercise if you are familiar with GSAP. This animation would become part of a larger Vue.js project that is underway, and replace a static graphic that is on a web page now. The developer who is working on that page will integrate your animation code onto that page. This requires Javascript coding skills to use and test the Greensock toolset. Access to the toolset will be provided to you so there will be no cost on your end. [login to view URL] This is not a one time project. There will be a number of animations that will need to be done over the next few months. I would like to start as a fixed price project to do one simple animation. When/if that is successful, I would like to convert to an hourly rate for follow-on animations over time. Please also propose an hourly rate for follow-on work.
