I am a consultant anaesthetist in the UK. I have limited IT skills but need a way for my colleagues to add a task to a board in JIRA. The ideal would be: person wants to add their task on a list, they fill in a web form on the organisation’s intranet, the info from that form the creates and populates a JIRA ticket.
Fields in the form:
Name of project
Type of project
Urgency of project
Summary of project
Upload of any relevant files
Email of project lead
