I need a small contract written; I am going to be allowing someone else to drive my vehicle for 2 days. The person who is driving my vehicle is going to pay me $460 to rent it. My insurance does not cover other drivers, so I want him to sign a contract stating that when he has my vehicle for those 2 days, that if any new damage is found on the vehicle, that he will completely cover the costs out of his pocket. Canadian Law.
