Coaching is a relationship between coach and client, where the focus will be on you and your potential to find balance, work towards your goals, and make lasting change. During a coaching session we will explore your goals and work together to inspire empowering choices, personal development and making crucial steps towards change and realising your goals. The coaching relationship inspires you to come up with the solutions and become the expert of your own journey.
We will start with a pre-coaching session. This is a conversation to discuss your goals and is a great opportunity to answer any questions you may have.
Following the pre-coaching session, we will then move forward with the coaching process and explore your goals in more detail.
A typical session usually focuses on coaching you in the areas that are most pressing. We meet on the phone, or over video. The coaching session will look at ways you can be successful, look at ways to get there and make sure we have some way to measure progress.
My role as your coach is to support you to discover and clarify your dreams however big or small, to encourage you to use and create your own strategies and solutions, provide accountability for your agreed goals, and, ultimately, to support you in creating lasting change.
Sessions can last up to an hour and the cost would be $30 USD per hour. The number of sessions needed will be dependent on what you are looking to achieve and how you progress along your journey.
