Need an experienced infrastructure architect to design and set up a private GitLab server with the necessary runner(s) and specifying the testing and production deployment for either docker based containers to a self-hosted Proxmox based VM or alternatively a cloud provider (depending on what is affordable in terms of monthly expenses). I need someone experienced with setting up such architecture, which is to be used for a web and mobile hybrid application.
