Market analyst for ongoing project to reduce environmental pollution

I work for a German engineering company and I have to prepare the market entry for a special recycling technology in Hungary, that will allow a decentralized recycling from waste engine oil and unrecycable plastic waste to a diesel fuel. For that I need to evaluate Companies with access to bigger amounts of waste mineral oil or plastic. 20 ton per month are the lower limt. The main intention from that project is to find companies with residuals and purchase them for recycling in our system. For a first trial work I like to purchase 5 hours. When everything is fine 10 hours per week are ensured. MANDATORY TO BE HUNGARIAN NATIVE SPEAKER Main objectives 1. identify companies with access to that materials 2. contact them to verify the monthly volume of raw material they could sell to us 3. arrange a date for a phone call between the relevant person and me to discuss the further steps in that business ( optional )
