Hi there! We need a market research concerning Yoga lessons, specifically online Yoga lessons. Preferably zooming in into Ashtanga Yoga, other Yoga forms are happily included, but main focus should be Ashtanga. The target audience is mainly everyone that is interested in Ashtanga yoga or yoga in general. As Ashtanga is a bit more intensive yoga, our estimate is that the target audience will be between 15-55 years. Every information about Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga etc is very welcome since these forms are quite similar in intensity. We need this information to be useful for a business plan, so we really appreciate the details. Most important questions that need to be answered: - How does the target audience of Ashtanga Yoga look like? - What are the needs and wants of the target audience? - What are their main motivations to do yoga (and online Yoga)? - What are the pros and cons of online teaching (for the participants)? - How much do they want to spend for a yoga class? - Do they prefer memberships (monthly, annually) or separate classes? - What kind of extra content (lectures, guides, books, programs, videos) are of added value to the target audience? - What kind of value added ideas do you have?
