Good evening. I would be great for this position, and can definitely work the hours needed. I am a Realtor, which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I have been looking for a position in which I would be able to work from home, so I can take care of my paperwork during the day and show houses in the evening.
I currently am working with someone else from freelancer.com part time and they also use Zendesk, so I am extremely familiar with the system. I check zendesk for my position a few times daily, and I understand the importance of answering the tickets in a timely and friendly manner.
I have Fios internet, so it is extremely quick and Live Chat would be handled properly. I already have a home office set up, so I would have everything easily accessible to me.
I have worked in customer service my whole life and understand the importance of timeliness and friendly when speaking with customer. It can make all the difference, and I assure you, my customer service skills are great. I have taught customer service classes at a grocery store, a Marriott hotel, and at a hospital, all places in which customer service is a driving force.
