Have a clear understanding of pain points of restaurants. I'm also from the NY area, how commerce happens, the restaurants business timings and their busy hours very well.
With a significant background in strategy and marketing, food and beverage industry, first thing I will help you do is to identify the top 10% of the restaurants [2000] from the 20,000 list that are our primary customers, including the times that would be optimal for telemarketing.
