Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, AWS, Networking, Exchange, Server Administrator EXPERT NEEDED

I took over IT operations for a company and need some assistance. Their current licenses are purchased through a managed service provider and these will expire at the end of the month. I need to purchase the licenses directly through Microsoft.

Also, they use ProofPoint for email filtering that needs to continue to work as well. We use Sophos firewall to connect to their office computers from home using VPN. I want to ensure this will continue to work when current licenses expire.

I am looking for an expert in Microsoft Administration - including Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint.

I have two Microsoft Admin accounts (two domains) that I need someone to access to check the licensing and purchase the appropriate licenses for what we currently use because our licenses will expire at the end of the year.

I will need to have a backup and recovery plan in place to backup their Office 365 info and the main server's data (shared files, quickbooks, etc).
