Hello, I'm new to freelance hence lack of stars and/or reviews on my profile. So let me know quickly introduce myself. I'm a professional mobile developer with years of experience on both Android and iOS platforms. Currently I work as a lead mobile developer for one small startup in Boston, MA. I decided to try freelance on a part-time basis. I did a few freelance projects previously through personal connections. This bid is for iPhone client. However, I could also do an Android if you'd like. Based on the app description it sounds somewhat straight forward. My estimate is very rough and a better estimate would need a few clarifications. When you say 'take photo', do you mean you want to use camera API to actually take a picture? Also for uploading to server do you want this to be a blocking operation? In iOS7 apple introduced new ways for uploading files to server which can also upload safely in background while app stays in background.
