I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. It is difficult to translate but I will try to make you understand better what I need. An application iOs and apk that will allow subscribing users to publish videos / photos / texts / audio in this personal diary that will be released when the user who created the account dies. Practically a user registers himself, creates a series of videos over the span of his life that will be available after he is dead. How do you know that a person has passed away? When registering for the app, the user must necessarily select a "delegate" who will receive a text message that he has been selected by "Andrew" to become his spokesperson for the app in case he dies. Then, "Andrew" subscribes to the app and selects Anna as a delegate, Andrew since he has the app has inserted 30 (hidden) videos that will be released when Andrew had decided (because for each video he will insert he will have to decide after how many days or months must be viewed by all or certain people) Therefore, it will be a portal like instagram but much more private in which nobody can see anyone's profile so that the person dies. When the person dies, and the delegate tells us that he is dead, we will release the photos and videos he inserted before he died as per the time plan. You will have to enter the option that you will be able to release money from the deceased (first, however, you will have to deposit them in our app) when for example the child becomes of age, or on every birthday of the mother etc. So, in summary the app need to have these features: - Register / Login - Admin panel (a panel website which i can see all users registered, i can ban for a time or forever, i can see all the media uploaded on the app) - "Delegate" system + ticket system to announce ous the person has die - SMS system to send to new "Delegate" the message to download the app - Upload media system / with logic select date and user will be able to show in the future - Wallet option (the same system about "media system" but with money) - FB and Whatsapp sharing (When a person die, the media will be released in the app and ALSO in the social media he selected) - 5 languages (Multi-language) - iOS and APK Please after say to me your bid, READ ALL CAREFULLY, I don't text with you if you didn't want to read.

But some points need to be clarified like the way they register etc please share more details with me in chat so i can tell a fair price and a well estimated time usually for DB, i'll use Firebase Firestore which is fast, secure and supported by Google. also for authentication and sending verification codes, Firebase auth would be a good one. and for payment. Hi, Thanks for giving beautiful explanation by example of Andrew/Anna, but I have only concern that suppose Andrew is in hospital & doctor gave him a 2-3 days left then this is the time Anna should tell about andrew condition then app will disclose all photos& videos. but if he is die immediately by heartattack then what happen, he never see there journey through the app. I think you should think about it, other people forget the app during those days when any expired. As you said you have ready all wireframes, then I have no issue to make an app according to you.
