Hello Please see the virtual cloth try on in my portfolio I'm an animator / programmer with over 10 years experience it's been just 2 days since I've signed up in freelancer and surprisingly the first project I bet is very similar to a project I have done for an Indian company the project was about virtual cloth they would scan customer face and a rough body scan of their body, I wrote a script in Maya to make a usable model out of the rough model , and to attach the head to the body and rig the character and put animation on it there is also a Photoshop macro for making skin texture initially the project was intended to be in unity the first version was unity but because they wanted premium quality we used offline render (they would provide the hardware) I made and simulate the cloths in marvelous designer from real cloths , there is a few examples of them in the video but there are about 60 cloths I can show you more examples if you wish specially Indian cloths and a very detailed prom dress similar to a bride dress some cloths and props like jeans and shoes which don't need simulation has been made in Maya which automatically attach to each body that is made by script and they are always fitted. we can use this technique for your project, also it's possible to have interactive cloth / body changing in unity please pay just once you see the final video of your project and you are totally happy with the result no milestone is needed Best Regards
