The below-mentioned app took us only two days to change the overall app colors. On OS, to change the background color of all the view controllers, the best approach what we did, is to fire a notification once the color is changed and make all the view controllers as the listener. Then we can change the color in the selector called for that notification. For Android, a quick and easy way to make sure every activity has the same background color is to create a theme for app activities to use. That theme would specify the android:windowBackground. First define the color in values/[login to view URL], like: <resources> <color name="background">#FF0000 </color> </resources> Create a [login to view URL] file in res/values that reference that color And then in your [login to view URL] specify this as the theme for your activities to use.
