Looking for a blackberry coder to design my application idea.

Looking for some to create a clone of the Sparkle IM App created for the IPhone but instead I need it to be ported over and work on blackberry's, I do NOT have any source code or access to any source code for Sparkle IM so this will need to be 100% done from the ground up. Spark IM is used for connecting and chatting in Second Life and OpenSim and you can find addition features of it located at [login to view URL] I would like to not only clone and port this app over to blackberry but also perhaps improve on it's features if possible and I'm willing to take suggestions towards doing such.
