Need help adding a simple webview to 3 xib files.

I'd like to have a webview added to three xib files in an existing project. This webview will be an HTTP to existing images on the internet. A different URL for each xib. The idea is that I can change the image at will and the image will change in the app. This webview will be a layer on top of an existing image in the app. That way, if the webview cannot reach the image on the internet, the built in image will still show. In the attached picture, note just the section with the fire engine. That is what will be covered with the new webview. The "Fire Only" switch will need to remain as the top most layer.
