Anyway, especially for iOS we can try that using jailbreak(_ingestIncomingCTMessage), since adhere to Apple's tight standards constitute approval it is impossible to blocks phone recording apps from recording your calls from their end, because You have no way to control the person's phone and stop it, unless you can hack the person's phone ! So, no, you can't prevent the call recording ! Hence, it will be great if only Web(back-end) will have this responsibility to send a Block True flag and if the same app installed on other user's mobile devices. Then, natively we would be able to block the call recording from their end. So it wouldn't harm to meets Apple's tight standards for approval (Although on Android it quite possible). Using CallKit framework, every time your Call Directory extension runs it must provide a complete set of phone numbers to either block or identify with a label. In other words, if it runs once and adds blocked phone numbers [A, B, C], and you wish to also block phone number D, then the next time the extension is run it must provide the complete list [A, B, C, D].
