Phone Gap Application Development

we need created using Phone Gap. The front end of the app provides users in small communities a one-stop page for news & events, school information, church announcements, and civic events. The backend of the app will allow employees of the city to enter posts for different sections: News & Events, School Info, Churches, and more. We haven't finalized all the pages of the app yet, but there will be about 5 categories, and each category will have a post type. Most posts will be the same, but the "School" page, for example, needs to have a blurb to say whether school is in session or not, so there is some variance. I would need a budget and production timeline estimate for this. Please note that we are in the process of growing our digital products, so if work is completed in a satisfactory manner, there will be more work coming down the line.
