Setup React Native App and Laravel Backend and Customize the App

I will purchase this app and backend: [login to view URL] You can download the demo apk Video of the backend: [login to view URL] I need the sign up flow customized based on the following criteria: - There will be two types of users - tenants and landlords - I need the signup forms modified with my own fields, it will be about 30 fields - Before registration complete I need users to agree to terms - After agree to terms take to payment page, user can pay now or skip. There will be limited app usage if they skip. - When landord upload property the property gets the "new" badge for 3 days. In the app I need customization based on following criteria: - home seekers can browse properties but before they can click a property to view more details they have to make payment. - Allow landlord profiles to post properties (I'm not sure if the demo app has this) - landlords cannot post properties unless they make the payment. They cannot view property details of other properties. - When tenants view property details there will be 2 buttons "I want to view it" "I want to rent it". - When user clicks "I want to view it" button, they have to choose a date to view it. This date is sent to the landlord for the property view message in the app, push notification and email. The landlord can accept this date in the messages. The tenant receives confirmation that landlord accepted viewing date in messages, email and push notification. If landlord wants to reject date, landlord has option to choose another date to send to tenant, or he can just reject it. Landlord can view tenant profile to get more info and tenant can view landlord profile as well. - Landlord is able to block tenant profile and therefore the property will not show up in tenant list. Payment: - I will specify payment gateway that will be plugged in at later date - still undecided
