Write an iPhone application

Chat App for Directory Listing Site I have a website using Wordpress/Sabai Directory Listing Plugin. Need a "Chat" app preferably with WeChat like capabilities for our "Contractors" to communicate with our "Clients" I will consider any setup and or foreging some of the features if that make it easy for you to duplicate an app for my purpose. Preferably, it should have features like WeChat: - - Other than the usual chat functions - Text, Voice, Photo, Video & Notification, - Sign Up with Phone/Social Media* and to scan phone/email/social media for contacts & invite. - Walkie-Talkie Function And capable of doing the followings during chat (text) - Hold to Record Voice > Send Voicemail (Walkie-Talkie) - Access Album & Take Photo/Video > Send Photo/Video - Send Address (default/input) with MAP** (Location) - Send Predefined User Input messages eg. Price Quoation ("The project will cost $XXX and take 1 week to complete. Available to do the job in 3 months from now") or Web Links - Share media/links on social media*/email/messaging*** - Simple edit Doodle Tools to overlay photo (Video?) with graphic tools eg. text, symbols (arrow/cross), freehand draw. - Even better if the app also can send messages via phone messaging*** - App to notify "Client" promo/media/articles/links interested (data obtained from client/social media). I am open to any proposal you have, - Can you offer me a clone that can work with small users base for the start? - I may conisder foregoing some features if that make the app costs less - it's for experiment. The main thing is "user search & contact contractors" - Can I used sharedhosting or must I use Google Cloud/Amazon AWS? - What is language/scripts/septup do you propose? (Need both IOS and Android App). - I can help with graphics & design. - This will be a long term project, I need you to continue to make modification as we go along (to make sure our client/contractor can "talk" to each other properly.
