The project will be to scan a 2D barcode on a part and do a lookup to a part master and create a GM Shipping Label. In addition, programs to Add and Change records in the Part Master and the Address Master will be needed. Source code must be provided with the completed project. See attachment for process, sample label output, and basic requirements. Want database to be mySQL but open to programming language you would recommend.

To whom it may concern, we already have a semi finished product for your problem. It is based on php, mysql. It has barcode reading and printing services. With some small adaptation it can be used for your purposes. The only thing needed is the API for Part Master and Address Master so we could implement this.
