VB.NET & LiveCycle form

SUMMARY: need to inject some parameters value (defined on a VB.NET form) into some fields of a dynamic LiveCycle form - plus few additional feature within the PDF form. Hi, We have a VB.NET application to manage the creation and edition of dynamic PDF forms (fishing trip logsheet). The fishing vessel parameters are entered once for good in this VB.NET application (Application Parameters tab picture attached). Once done, vessels can create new PDF forms (copied from a template form : "[login to view URL]"), corresponding to a new fishing trip they are starting (Logsheet tab picture attached - "Create New Trip"). This will therefore open a new empty PDF logsheet form (picture attached), which filename is based on few of the VB.NET parameters entered (Vessel name, FFA_Vid, start date of the trip) What we need: 1- being able to inject/export the VB.NET parameters within the header of the new empty PDF logsheet form, on first opening. The parameters only need to be injected on this single page. Parameters to inject are: vessel name, fishing company, country of registration, registration no, FFA VID, WCPFC ID, IRC, permit, agent, captain name. This could be done either by injecting values from VB.NET, or by importing values (potentially temporary stored in an alternate file) from the PDF, we don’t mind the way it is done. 2 - we need to be able to use the VB.NET "Fishing company email contact” parameter within the PDF form. At the moment, we are sending the PDF data file (XML) through the button “Send Trip Data”. However, the email is hard coded within the button, and we would like to be able to use the email filled in the VB.NET params. This might mean creating a hidden “email” field within the PDF where to inject the VB.NET email param value, then manually re-code the email creation with javascript within the PDF. 3 – we need to have an additional button which would allow us to simply save the PDF data (XML file) to the local drive. We have attempted to do that but were face to Adobe security which prevented us to do. 4 – we need another button which would allow the user to generate a flat version of the PDF (therefore much smaller in size) Let me know if you are confident you can do and interested by the implementation of these few features. Can you please come up with a reasonable price for this and let us know ? should you need more info for this, please come back to me. Please note that depending on your price and the work done, there will be some more work to do in the VB.NET / dynamic PDF form area.
