Template for a travel based website

The project shoud be based on Microsoft .Net with C# as the programming language. No PHP please. This project involves website design of a travel based website. I need a simple content management software that should have a admin section where the user can configure the packages, deals, hot destiantions etc... Specifics: A website that needs to be fully designed and have a admin section integrated where we can configure the packages, there specifications, New/Hot deals and new destinations etc.... This is a travel website, similar to the likes of travel masti, travel chacha etc. This site will also integrate social networking (facebook, twitter...), CMS etc. We are looking for professional work in order to keep with the standard of most websites out there in terms of design, usability, and functionality. What we need: 1.) A website to have a option to add destinations and list packages of various tours etc... (admin section to maintain the website.) 2.) Social Media optimization 3.) For the current scope of the project, we only need to have a system in place to add/update the packages and destinations. Nothing else is required. No Payment gateway, no internet booking or online booking. Simply dispaly the tours and packages. (which the site admin can configure). So keep the cost of the project at its minimal.
