Network Traffic Tester - Setup IPERF/IXIA/Ostinato

This is a micro project. If you truly have IXIA experience this should take you no more than 30 minutes form start to finish. The budget for this $100 in 3 business days; however I will set the budget to $25 initial to see if the pool of candidates even exists on Freelancer. Need to setup Ostinato - a Network Packet Traffic Generator. This is very similar to IXIA traffic Generator or IPERF or OSNT Need to setup multiple network cards each controlling different streams of data to show/measure/quantify the transfer of the data sets that range in size from PAckets, to movie data chunks. This is a remote project; so will need to install team viewer to take control of the remote pc or if you are local to NJ to set this up.
