I need create an WhatsApp REST API with express + typescript + node.js using existing API to expose 3 endpoints and make the API for multiple devices: 1) create-instance (there is not input, output the instance id generated) 2) get-qr-code (input instanceid, output the image of QR code for the instance) 3) send-message (input the contanctid, the message, output true or false) The library is [login to view URL] please check and let me know the time and cost
