hi i want to build a platform (web applicaiton) that allow to pull push twitter using the twitter API this platform should support creating the access level as below: - system admin - client ( when creating client system should automatically create separate DB for each client) - client admin (will be responsible to admin and monitor the client settings) - Service ( twitter account will be created by client admin using credential account to be able to push or pull twitters ) - user (to be assign under client) Notes: should be developed using Node.js if you do not have expereance in this do not bid do not bid initial bid
