Remote Business and Personal Assistance to CEO

This position will assist the CEO (and his family) with his daily tasks. This is quiet a simple job, yet there are strict rules that must be followed:
This is a full time job: 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.
This position will require you to be flexible; photoshop, calling, booking apt...
Must be reliable: Meaning, no means of communication means we will end the employment immediately
Must be extremely organized and be able to take multiple directions from multiple people.
Be able to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
Be comfortable communicating constantly, throughout the day
Here are the essential skills you need in applying
Must be proficient in Google Docs, Calendar
Must be comfortable making calls to book appointments and call customers
Must know basic accountings and quickbooks for receipt upload
Photoshop (and must be fast and experienced)
Must be proficient in writing (nothing heavy but must be able to write product descriptions)
