Joomla 2.5 custom search module - repost

I am re-posting this to invite additional bidders: Project Description: I need a custom made Joomla 2.5 K2 search function, which should ideally be an installable component, and not a K2 hack. I would like to replicate the search function you can see on this (non-Joomla) website: [login to view URL] 1. I need a J2.5 module which displays a search form and allows the user to specify the search parameters. Similar to this screen: [login to view URL] (see the details in the attached Word document). Button “Search” should lead to display of search results below the module. 2. Search routine: The most important thing: THE SEARCH MUST BE FAST. Because the K2 database can have up to 20,000 records. a. Results should be displayed “on the go”, similar to how Google does it, assuming that this speeds up the displaying of search results. So find the next x results and then display them using Ajax, instead of selecting and immediately displaying all matches. Not sure if that is possible but it would be very preferable. b. Results must be displayed tableless and using AJAX. I would like it to look the way it looks on the following website: [login to view URL] (enter “finance” and “Singapore”) - [login to view URL] The search routine should display the first 20 search results, and if the user scrolls to the bottom of the screen then the next 20 search results should be loaded using Ajax etc (use fade in effect when displaying). c. The following elements should be displayed: i. Title of the K2 element (if clicked then open the K2 item in a new window) ii. Agency logo on the left (Similar to how they display it on the above website). iii. Reference number below the logo (Similar to how they display it on the above website). iv. Introtext of the K2 item v. Agency name and logo (Similar to how they display it on the above website). It would be great to have that “minus” icon which removes similar matches from the results list. vi. Location (e.g. Singapore) (Similar to how they display it on the above website). It would be great to have that “minus” icon which removes similar matches from the results list. vii. Type (e.g. Permanent) (Similar to how they display it on the above website) viii. Hours (e.g. Full time) (Similar to how they display it on the above website) ix. A “show more” button as an image (similar to the “arrow down” button which is displayed on the above website). When clicked then show the fulltext, using a smooth expansion transition as they are using on the above website. Also show a button “Add to Shortlist” and a button “Apply”. If Apply is clicked then open the K2 item in a new window. No function needed for the “Add to Shortlist” button at the moment. We should also show the K2 extra field “Specialisms (text)” at the bottom before the buttons. x. I can provide the DIV container structure for the display of each search result. If you have a better idea how to implement this without using PHP / Joomla then please let me know. It is important that the data in the Joomla 2.5 K2 database tables will be processed, but how exactly that is up to you. When bidding suggest a strategy how to solve it, so I can see that you mean business. You need to convince me that you can do it. Budget 250 USD. If this project goes well then I have a ton of additional projects for you.
