36183 Change member signup process

Website is http://www.freeshop.us. Members join [login to view URL] and can create a free online store of 5 items or less. Upgrades are available. Currently members join by providing their email address. They are then sent a confirmation link via email. By following this link they are brought to a form where they provide their contact information and answer a few questions. Once they agree to the terms and enter (a) they are sent an email confirming their id and pw and they are then members. Here is where I want to add a step to the process. Right after they submit the form with their personal information (point(a)) I want to add an affiliate lead program from cpaempire.com. I would like someone to insert the code that I provide from my affiliate account at cpaempire.com. What should happen after the affiliate code is programmed in is that the joining member will be taken to another screen where they fill out some additional information such as their email address and check boxes indicating their interest in other products and services in order to earn a free ipod. If you go to this website and choose to view one of the car racing videos, you are first asked to join as a member. Go thru this process of joining and you can see the offers and screens that I would like to see in the sign up process on freeshop.us. Need someone to do this quickly and at a reasonable cost.
