Easy Ordering System for Printing Customer I need to have the back-end scripted for me in PHP for the following website addition. I will try to describe it as best as I can, but please ask me any questions you may have: The Basic Idea: What the website does: A client of mine, a printing company, has a very large customer (NSM) that orders quite a bit of the same printing over and over again, things like forms, letterheads, business cards, etc. There are roughly 60 different items that they order. The customer (NSM) has about 60 different branches that need all this printing. Only two items will be personalized: business cards and notepads. We need to create a website where this customer (NSM) can log on and place an order for multiple products for multiple branches. How The Site Works I had a site done last year, but it only allowed NSM to order one item at a time, this is unsatisfactory. We need to implement a shopping cart kind of system, where NSM can order multiple items for multiple branches. I have already designed all the pages needed (there may be additional pages needed that I can create) and once you have been selected, I'll let you see the old site. When NSM logs into the website, he is greeted with 4 options: 1. Place A New Order 2. Add a New Branch Office 3. Add a New Item to the List 4. Change Confirmation Email We will discuss #1. Place a new order, the other three are pretty self-explanatory. Placing A New Order: After you hit the "Place a New Order" button, you will be forwarded to the branch selection page. ([login to view URL]) Here you select the branch that you want to order products for. Hit "Continue With Order", and you will come to "[login to view URL]". This is really the shopping cart of the system. The example shows these items already in the shopping cart: Stationery - Letterhead Classic Crest Stock NoteCard - Foldover Note Card Forms - NSM Brochure Forms - Positive Heart News Forms - Spanish Privacy Notice When you first come to this page, it would look like "[login to view URL]" with nothing in the cart. When they are done with placing items in the cart, click "continue With order". The next page is just an item confirmation page, telling NSM how many products have been ordered and to what branch. In the example, "[login to view URL]", two branches have products ordered for them. If you were to come to this page from the last, it would list only one order, then you could click "Place New Branch Order" after selecting the branch and it would take you back to "[login to view URL]". I hope that is clear. Anyways, if everything is correct on that page, NSM will click "Submit Complete Order", which will forward them to "[login to view URL]". This is another confirmation page, but any needed information is added here. In the example, in order #2, they have ordered some business cards and Notepads. Since these are the only personalized items, the personal information is needed. They fill this out and then click continue with order. If they need to edit the branch order, they can click the link that will take them to a page similar to "[login to view URL]". The next page "[login to view URL]" is where NSM will fill out proofing options and Shipping options. you can see the proofing, you can choose all three options if you want, but shipping you can obviously only choose one. If there are 1 or 5 or even 10 branch orders, they all need to be on this page. The example only shows 2. After filling this information out, NSM clicks continue. On "[login to view URL]", NSM will review the complete order. This is the last step before sending the order. If they need to edit something, click the link and it will take them to "[login to view URL]". If everything is okay, NSM will click "Place this order" and the system will simply email the information to 3 different emails, which should look like "[login to view URL]". I'd like to have a backend admin section to change things like the emails that the order is send to. I think that about covers this entire project. With a few specific details you should be able to knock this project out in no time. Oh yeah, you will also be responsible for putting the 60 items and 60 branches into the system. I will include those files. A few more things: The item list is already programmed into "[login to view URL]" so you won't have to worry about that. The branch list is in an excel file included in attachment. For the pull down menu, it should show in the following format: 01 New Orleans 02 Austin etc. I need this completed ASAP! I originally posted this project for $400, but I need it in 10 days or less, for $650! Please help me, I will choose someone by friday.
