Client Database

design a professional and fully functional and easy to use database and program with the following functions: 1 - When viewers type in their information through the website, it should automatically enter a database in correct order. 2 - Database1 (DB1) should allow me to sort the information by Name, Number, Zip Code, ...etc 3 - Should allow me to arrange and print on lables, tags, ..etc without any hassle. 4- DB1 should have records of clients and their payments. example; if client has missed a payment, DB should automatically print a "Past due payment" letter and an invoice of services ordered and amount that needs to be paid. 5- DB1 should have a program where I can raise an invoice or sales contract or delivery receipt, such that, Client's info should be automatically be entered onto invoice if client's info exists in database. 6 - DB2 linked with website. The clients info entered from the website and their comments should be automatically entered into the DB. When they order using a Credit card, the DB should somehow connect to the credit card company and verify if the card info given is valid or not. If card is vaild then order in DB should be under a list "Order is process" if not, DB should notify client that card is invalid or whatever the case maybe. 7- DB2 should have three sections: a-Jobs Processing. b-Jobs Completed. c-Jobs Delivered.
