COM DLL for ASP

I need a generic COM DLL that can be called from Active Server Pages (ASP). This COM DLL will allow me to call a function in any standard DLL or any Windows API function. Sample ASP syntax would be something like: Set objDll = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]") Set iFunction = [login to view URL]("DLL_Path", "importname", "int{return_type}", STDCALL,"int,str,str,int{parameters}") iVal = [login to view URL](3, "yo", "dude", 7) [login to view URL] Set iFunction = Nothing Set objDll = Nothing In order to lower the price on the project, I am willing to sign away all rights to the product (so that you can market it to others). And I will not require the source code to the project. Just a COM DLL that I can install on my web servers so that I can access STDCALL and CDECL DLL's from my ASP web pages. This product MUST BE written in C, C++, C#, or Delphi. Visual Basic is NOT acceptable, the overhead is too high. I want a small .DLL with a minimum memory footprint. --- Update: Several bidders have brought up some interesting points and I'll make the project a bit easier. I need the ability to load a STDCALL DLL and pass a "single" parameter which is a UDT by reference to the DLL and the return type will always be integer. However, I need the ability to call more than one FUNCTION within the DLL. But all FUNCTIONs will work the same (singe UDT parameter with integer return type). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form. 2) Unlimited license to USE the product on my own servers and servers managed by me. ## Platform Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server
