Flyer Creation Program

What we need done: We need a flyer creation program. It should be exactly like [login to view URL] flyer creation program. For an example go to [login to view URL], select "Flyers" under the "Marketing & Signage" category, select "Use a design template", select the first template (light blue with white house in the background). This will take you to the flyer creator screen. Attached is a screen shot of that page. This is what we need. This program to be bug free across virtually all browsers. What I already have versus what the provider will build: We are an existing website. We have all the templates that will be used with the flyer creator. Our programmers/developers will take your program and implement it into our site. Specific expertise that I am seeking: Our website is done in PHP, but the technology can be done in ASP.NET, PHP, or Flash. Timeframe for delivery: The sooner the better.
