Messageboard conversion from static files to MSSQL

I am looking to have my current messageboad which is UBB Classic 6.7.2 (CGI, PHP, static datafiles) converted and transfered to Web Wiz forums 8.04 (ASP classic, MSSQL server). UBB Classic is NOT a dynamic message board system. It uses files that are updated as posts are made. This means the conversion would require first converting all messages/posts/users etc files to a SQL database, and then transfering this information into the new messageboard. The messageboard has 26,00 members, and a few hundred thousand posts, so it is a large conversion. Also there is no specific converter from UBB Classic to Web Wiz forums. But there are converters that exist to convert UBB Classic to other SQL based message boards. I would think this would be the first place to start with getting this project moving. What is expected with this projct: Converting all user, posts, and other data into a MSSQL server from the old UBB Classic version. The new forum will need to work in every way it normally works, with no changes to the code base (nothing that would affect updates). I will supply you with the most latest files for the message board (about 900 meg file), as well as a download link to the Web Wiz forums free download. You can no longer download UBB Classic. Depending on the time it takes for you to complete the project you may need to complete the conversion process, and then get the latest version to include any and all new posts people make.
