Point of sale system for desktop and tablet

Cruxfinder has a set of merchants who run their own franchise. They are based out of various cities. We want to create a brand new online-cum-offline billing system for our group of merchants. At present, there are ~200 merchants in our group. Expected to grow up to ~2000 very soon. The system will work as point of sale (POS) at the merchant store and the data is saved locally. POS will have interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile sms. POS application will be downloaded locally and will sync with online server when connected to internet. POS should automatically award loyalty points to customer based on transaction amount/rules POS applications will also have a loyalty point program with points expiry date. Customer should get sms for transaction and reward point details. Comprehensive reports and analysis should be created within POS (using online sync). Marketing campaigns using SMS & email can also be launched using POS. Customer segmentation rules can be used before running a campaign.
