Reciprocal links system2 - ASP

This is my second attempt to get this right. First attempt left me with a disastrous product. I require a reciprocal links system added to my site - <[login to view URL]> I have seen a layout I like here <[login to view URL]> - simple and tidy. I would like all the bells and whistles to be managed from an admin area. Automatic advice emails confirming the placement of links. Link vetting - advise me in an email that a new link has been placed with a link to approve or delete the link. Place links in categories multiple layers deep. Only place links in bottom category. I also what to to assign links to a product ID on my site and display them on this page [[login to view URL]][1] - similar to the related products box. New tables will eventually go in an existing database - however for development a new database will be allowed. Hit counter Add/View/Edit links and details from within admin. Deliverables must include an installation sytem to install on my main site - with a tables creation script. Must be Google friendly - I want the links of the sites in categories to be visible by google. FTP details will be made available. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
