C# 2.0 Web Service sample code

We are working on a middle ware system for our payment processing application and need a sample web service project built. The web servers currently send SOAP directly to PayPal for payment processing. What we are going to do is change the endpoint that the web servers point to so that they are pointed at our middleware tier. This middleware needs to be able to grab values from the SOAP and perform logic on them and then pass the information on to PayPal depending on a few processes that run on the middleware tier. The only thing that will be changed on the web servers is the PayPal endpoint. This way if the middle ware tier goes down we can point the web servers directly at PayPal. PayPal’s WSDL can be found here: <[login to view URL]> To test you will need to use either grab the WSDL and use the web service directly or use PayPal’s SDK. I suggest grabbing the WSDL. Certificate and Signature. Code needs to suppor the certificate method. We will provide a username, password and certification for the coder that is selected to work on this project that can be used to test against PayPal sandbox environment. They will be delivered after we select a coder. ## Deliverables So here is what I need. -A VS 2005 web service project built in C# and asp.net 2.0 -The ability for the web service to receive PayPal formatted Soap and grab values from it. I would like example of how to do this in the code.
