Virus/malware downloader

Design and implement using any common programming language (such as Java, Visual Basic, C++ or Delphi) a multi-threaded computer software that crawls the Internet and downloads data (mainly .exe, .zip and .rar files). The application then uses a third party application, namely any free command line based anti-virus product, to check whether the downloaded data is in fact infected with something. If it is, the program saves the file to disk, if the file is clean, it is not saved to disk. The goal is to download as many infected files per hour as possible, so you must design the program that in mind. For example, the program should contain a list of website URL that should be avoided because they are likely not to contain anything of interest, e.g. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Naturally, it should be possible for the user to edit this list as well. The application is to be designed to be run in a 24/7 server, so the program must be bulletproof against memory leaks, lockups and crashes. And for RAC moderators: as far as I can tell, this bid does not violate the RAC rules as I am not asking coders to 1) develop viruses, or 2) use RAC's server to distribute viruses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
