Modifications to Open Cart based website

I have built a fast food takeaway website using Open Cart and have installed a number of modifications. However there is still quite a bit of work to do and I have made a list of tasks as yet uncompleted. Some are quite simple and may just require an extension installing, others may require further work. I don't want the core Open Cart files hacked, this work should be performed using VQMod extensions. 1. Remove all trace of gift vouchers. However we want to keep the option of customers entering coupon codes. 2. Remove "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" from shopping cart. All deliveries are free. 3. Remove Reward Points. 4. Remove all trace of affiliates links. Not going to offer this. 5. Remove "Product Code" and "Availability" from product item page. 6. Move "Description" from tab to under product item title on product item page. 7. In check out, I want to change the step numbers and step titles. 8. I have 2 delivery methods being "Pick Up At Store" and "Zip Distance". Zip distance delivery only shows up if order is over a certain amount but instead I wish for it to always be displayed but in grey text with the radio button not selectable and a message stating customer has not met minimum for delivery. This hopefully encourages to spend more money or at explains to the customer why free delivery is not an option. 9. Set-up SEF/SEO URLs. I have set-up a development website.
