Joomla Website / Template Creation

We want a designer to write a website for us, along with either adaption or re-write of a commercial template. The site has to be provided in native joomla 1.5 and be complete and provided ready to run on our hosting site as "turnkey" solution. We expect a very high quality site with graphics provided as needed. Ideal template start position The starting position for a template will be somethink akin to the "shape 5" forever ace dark design [login to view URL] we do not want a cluttered menu system, so simple is best. We also want an images within the content that rotate around similar to the image slideshow [login to view URL] we will provide the images, but they need to be content sensitive to the option. We have 4 main areas we need to address on our site, so the shape5 template would be a good starting point- once the menu (they have "custom background"/"frontpage display"/"s5 effects"/"s5 tab show" - we would replace these with separate content, when selected, the joomlashine type image slideshow, along with the content needed. (site content continued below in deliverables) ## Deliverables We run an IT recycling and disposal company, and need the site to have 4 main areas of content - Recycling and disposal End-Of-Lease decomissioning and reuse Data Security Environmental & Compliance these will fit nicely into the shape5 menu categories -again we will provide content and photos, but the photos will need to fit. The overall site template needs to be "latest" design, with features such as - Font switcher like [login to view URL] A site search function A client logon area - this is important to allow each client to have their own secure FTP zone, where they can access any documents they have been issued with from our server - the area must be secure by client something like locked area lite?) Request forms for information and booking a collection ( our admin will need to update the requests, view all requests made and update the status once actioned) - for registered clients, they will need to see the status of all their collection jobs and requests in the client logon area) We naturally want to be able to publish content on each section, so a good variety of options still need to be there on the template for us to change around the site content without having to contact the programmer for lots of changes - We (typically) won't that involved with the design process, we reasonably clear what the look/feel should be like, but so long as it's clear, fresh, with no silly fonts, it should be fairly straightforward - we are open to artistic interpretation, so slight changes are fine, so long as it looks good, and delivers what we need! There may be some additional tweaking needed once the design is finished, so please allow for this in the bid. We will provide all the actual content and photos, but no graphics or templates to base the design. If any 3rd party templates or widgets etc are needed, and we need to pay for them as an extra, please be clear in the quote, otherwise, we assume that you will provide them and we are licensed to use them. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
