Professional Message Board in php/mysql (as good or better than than the existing commercial boards)

This is a serious professional project. I need a team of expert programmers (3-5) with heavy experience in PHP/MYSQL to create a message board system that is as good or better than: vbulletin 3.01 &? IPB 2.0 This software will MUST? have EVERYTHING vbulletin and IPB have. It needs to be working at least as fast as VB & IPB (or faster)(special stress tests will be performed to verify this). A single programmer cannot do this project. Thus I need a team of programmers who can devide the work between each other to be able to create this professional solution, within a reasonable timeframe. One of the programmers will also be the project manager. In the team there will need to be a person who can create the professional looking graphics (buttons, icons etc). This is not one of those projects, where you rush and just deliver some mediocre solution and disappear. You must be available for long time after the completion, and will be committed to fixing 100% of all bugs that will come up. As well as security/valnurability? patches etc. Please only bid if you can show extensive PHP/MYSQL experience and portfolio. Show examples of message board systems you have worked on.
