Web-based Submission Engine

This is a basic project for a programmer who knows what they are doing. I require a Web-based submission engine that will enable me to build submission systems on the fly. Initially the project will enable a user to sign up for multiple affiliate programs at the same, through a single Web interface. 10 programs will be listed, user can check programs to apply to with a checkbox. Example programs would be [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will require A - the ability to add new programs as needed at a negotiated rate. in addition, documention on adding new programs will be required. B - the ability to create new pages of new programs, using same engine. new programs added at rate decided in A. C - reporting on the fly of signups per program per day (and per month) per email. i.e., program 1 i can access the list of people who signed up for that program on a specific day or a specific month). master reports of signups across system per day. D - the ability to change the order of the programs in the checkbox interface for any page with an admin interface. E - the ability to port this system to other submission processes, such as searche engine submissions, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php/mysql code fully commented not encrypted
