PHP Video upload + Flash FLV conversion script + FLV Player

PHP VIDEO UPLOAD -> FLV FLASH CONVERSION SCRIPT ------------------------------------------------- Please read the attached spec fully BEFORE bidding I need a proof of concept which involves uploading a video, converting it to flash FLV in good quality (using PHP or linux bash script). You will choose what tools to use. I also need you to select a Flash FLV player and make any recommendations on how to stream FLV efficiently from my site. There is no database work involved, and I am not looking to buy any sort of prebuilt YouTube or ClipShare scripts. I dont want any fancy interface, just the upload, conversion and a suitable player If youve written any video encoding site in the past, this job will be a breeze for you. Theres very little actual development, Im just hiring you to recommend tools and show that they work well together. PLEASE: No generic bids just saying 'We can do this'.
