Create a Wordpress Template

Need attached template design implemented into responsive WP template bought from s5. Must retain all the functionality of the s5 template especially being responsive. notes: - End result should look as "close" to attached pdf file as possible but retaining module positions of s5 for further customization options. - Practice Area, Attorney Bios, and cblw news can keep format of s5 template just recolored to gold color border and overlay. - Menu should use s5 menu system from the template but be positioned as shown in the ai - Slider should use s5 slider system - Social Icons moved from header to footer to match pdf layout - Inner pages should be formatted like attached history page. notice header and right column. - I will provide layout in ai format.
