Joomla Extension Mod: Private Advisory Mailbox

As part of a larger project, I need to firstly find somebody that can perform this small task. We currently have a website using Joomla 3.2.3. We have implemented an extension called UDDEIM which we have heavily modified to suit our purposes. There are a handful of changes we need finished so that the client can go live with this part of the system. A brief list of changes required: When composing a new message, there must be the option for the composed message to be either “Advice” or “Information”. We need a tickbox on the compose for “This is advice and requires acceptance”. The compose screen also needs fields moved around. I have attached an image of how the Compose screen should look (fig 1.0) When a message is sent by an FGAM advisor, the messages must be stored in the Outbox as individual messages, and not just one message with all the recipients in. This is so that you can effectively track individual messages. When the client logs in to view their mailbox, an advice message must contain “ACCEPT” & “IGNORE” buttons as shown (fig 1.1) A normal message will just not have those buttons. Action on “Ignore”: Return the view to the “Inbox”. Message automatically marked as “Read” and filtered from the “Inbox” view. Can be seen if you visit the “Read” view though. Messages in the "Read" view must still be able to be "Accepted". Action on “Accept”: Message marked as “Accepted” and moved to the “Accepted” view. The time and date of acceptance must be recorded and displayed in this view. A notification message must be sent to the original sender of the advice telling them that a message has been Accepted, and must include their name/email address and phone number. The UDDEIM extension already sends out notifications to people when there is a new Private Message in their Inbox. We should be able to hook into the same procedure/function to send a notification when somebody accepts a message. Outbox Staff members will need to review a sent advice to see who has read/accepted messages. Therefore, in the “Outbox”, when they click on a message, they will need to see a list of all the recipients, and the message state as shown (fig 1.2). All the other controls, such as the buttons, attachments etc – should be removed from this Outbox view of a message. I will provide you access to a COPY of the main website hosted somewhere else, and provide you full administrative access to the site and copy MySQL db. You will need to provide a full changelog, so that I can transfer your changes seamlessly across to the live site. I expect this to be a very quick project to complete, around £50, and depending on the professionalism and quality of work on this project, there is another couple of projects with a budget totalling around £1000 to be awarded afterwards.
