Hello Ken, I have read the document you provided and we can implement this website with wordpress and built in custom features such as comparison, search, sort and etc. I saw some people have posted low bid compared to mine. Though after check 3 websites you provided in the document I think the price of 3000$ would be fair for this project. We can do this project in high quality with very nice effects in select , comparison and etc. If we build this app for such standards this would need least 3 people of man power to work on it dedicated over 45 days.
