Create requirements, design for audio recording app.

I need some one who can create requirements, and design document for an application. Basically, it will have two requirement/design docs: One for a Web App, another for iPhone/Android based on the high level requirements given below: Looking for someone who developed detailed requirements doc, and did design (technical as well as UI). T High level requirements: (1) User registration tab - Login id, password, email, address, Paypal account linking - confirmation of authentication of registration, and pay pal account by responding for email (2) Configuration tab: Modify profile Configuration tab for only Mobile apps: Save primary FTP server address to send/receive audio recording, userid/password Save Secondary FTP server address to send/receive audio recording,, userid/password Save email address to send the files to send/receive audio recording Alert notifications: send alerts whenever a report is returned. Maintenance: iPhone/Android app should be able to pick up a message from some place if FTP servers are down for maintenance. It should display, unable to ftp the files as maintenance is underway and service will be back up in so many hours, and dictations should be uploaded after the maintenance time automatically (3) Dictations tab: Webapp: After login, provide the user to create a new dictation with a file name (Default - userid+running sequence number) Provide the applet to record the dictations, update, play, overwrite, etc - we wll use Javasonics Listernup applet: See [login to view URL] Mobile: Provide voice recording just like what we see in LisenUp of Javasonics Webapp and Mobile: save draft, give ability to Trash, email (secure), or SFTP (built in sftp client) the dictation. Select or add : Dictation type (test of about 15 characters. Select the priority of the dictation: Emergency, high, normal Every dictation file should have a corresponding .txt file with the same name as that of dictation file, with the info like type of dictation, priority, time dictated, size of dictation, username in it (4) Reports tab (Web app and mobile): Receive the reports ( by clicking the get reports button or automatically receive), download them from ftp, show them as list - sortable by audio name, report name, date received, etc. Link them with the audio and display each in one row, where the user can click the dictation to here or open the report to view (5) Dictation history (Web app and mobile): All the dictations should be shown - against each dictation, dictation file name, report received, date sent, date recd, and option to delete dictation voice and dictation report (6) Logout (Webapp and mobile): Logout option for webapp, and exit the app for Mobile Requirements doc expectations: (1) Use cases need to be presented (2) UI Mock ups should eb there (3) High level test scenarios should be articulated Design Doc expectations: (1) Over all app architecture (2) Detailed design along with feasibility/specific technical specs (3) Deployment diagram (4) Every thing should be mentioned (whether applicable for webapp / iphone/android) Increase chances of winning: (1) Show case your earlier projects req and design docs you created (2) If you have worked on Mobile apps and .Net/PHP and MySql Incentive: (1) The one whose offer is selected and delivers the best requirements/design at lowest bid possess the chances of getting development project also which follows based on the developed req and design doc (2) The winner will stand better chance to get new app requirements from us
