Drupal Javascript/Jquery Import Module

I need a module that uses Javascript & JQuery to spider a site, building a list of static pages (pages with .htm or .html and no parameters) and then importing those pages complete with identical path name and meta tags. Obviously, this module will depend on clean urls being installed as well as Paths module and the meta-tags module. I don't expect all information to imported, only the main body text -- which is where jquery comes in. The user will provide the ID of the div surrounding the site's body text (usually "main"). Javascript will fetch each successive page into an iFrame then Jquery will grab the meta tags and main id's content and pass them back to the module through AJAX or XML-RPC for importing. A friendly progress bar with a cancel option would also be nice.
