Myspace Survey Bulletin Genrator

This is for programmers familiar with myspace. I want to create a survey website where members of myspace can fill our surveys about themselves and post them as bulletins on myspace. Here's how I want it to work: 1) Member will open bulletin and see a survey already filled out by their friend 2) Member will click a link to open this survey, still filled out with the old answers, into a form on my website 3) Member will be able to enter their own answers over the answers filled out by the previous poster 4) Once the survey is filled out, they will click a "Post Bulletin" button which will take them to the myspace bulletin preview page with their answers on that page (Also included when the bulletin is reposted would be the link for members to visit my site again and view the new answers on a page where the next user can fill out their answers on top and restart the whole process.) Although this project may sound a bit confusing, it's really not. All I'm thinking it will take is someone who knows Javascript and Myspace pretty well. If you have any questions, let me know. Also, I would like to see samples of previous work, and if you've done work relating to myspace previously, that's a plus. My budget is $100 or so.
