Web design and Print Design

I am looking for a talented designer for ongoing work that specializes in both graphic design and webdesign... This star individual will have a big portfolio of previous design examples and be able to take a creative lead in the process. I need someone who, understanding our product, brand and objectives, can produce professional, elegant, and enticing designs with the Xfactor. The designs will be primarily focused at a female market especially in the image consultant/fashion industry. As such, although its not essential, female designers that apply for this role will be highly considered. The kinds of projects that we have are as follows. We have a few online quizzes/widgets where the functionality has been complete but we need them to look fabulous.... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] although these are currently on 1 page we want the design to have separate pages (using javascript) as the participant goes through the process of completing the questions. We have a picture mockup of how we want the personal style expression quizz designed that was done by another designer but they have gone MIA so i need to relist this project to get someone reliable and get it completed asap. and we would like the other quizzes to follow the same design branding. Design mockups will be submitted and worked on till approved and then you will be converting these mocks to code the design. (ie psd to html conversion) Before the designer starts to design and implement the markup, he/she will have to carefully read and follow the guidelines that has been left in the files, otherwise they will stop working. Basic knowledge of PHP is required as he/she'll be looping over PHP data We have a shutterstock account so can get access to any images you need for the design process from there. We also have some websites that we would like to redesign to look more web20ish and minimalistic the first being http://www.myprivatestylist.com. I have psd files of the design (see attached) for this that need to be amended slightly and converted to html and coded for use on the site to change its look. We have 2 more sites exactly the same in functionality as the my private stylist site but that are targeted at a different clientele (ie professional women/men). So we will also be looking at adapting their designs in future similar to the first site but with different colors reflecting the different target markets. Print Design We will also need various marketing banners designed to promote our products Microsoft Word & Email Stationary Templates. (so that we can keep our brand consistent when sending out emails and business letters etc) I will be looking closely at your past feedback in choosing a designer for this ongoing project. The above that i have written is just the start but I have lots of work for the successful designer. You have to be committed, available, trustworthy and have considerable demonstrated talent for this position. Being trust worthy, and accountable for your hours is a MUST!
